MM2H Visa Termination

If you have completed your stay in Malaysia and are leaving the country, wish to withdraw your fixed deposit in full, or even if there is no specific reason, you may proceed with the termination of your MM2H visa at any time. The termination procedure can also be carried out even if your visa has already expired.

In cases where the MM2H visa was obtained before 2024, if the principal visa holder passes away, the MM2H visa cannot be transferred to the dependent visa holder(s), and termination of the MM2H visa is required. (If a dependent visa holder passes away, no termination procedure is required.)

The termination procedure must be carried out by the dependent visa holder. If there is no dependent visa holder, the procedure must be handled by a close family member.

For cases where the MM2H visa was obtained from 2024 onward, if the principal visa holder passes away, the MM2H visa may be transferred to the dependents (close family members) designated by the principal applicant.

Even if your current MM2H visa was not obtained through our services, we can assist you with the termination application. This procedure can also be completed remotely from outside Malaysia, without the need to enter the country.

Please feel free to contact us for assistance.
