MM2H Visa Termination

If you plan to leave Malaysia before the expiry date, or you are no longer interested in MM2H Visa programme, or you need to withdraw all of your fixed deposit, you may request to withdraw from the programme by termination application.

You are allowed to apply termination through us even if you applied the MM2H Visa through other agent.

1. Letter of Intent
2. Physical and Copy of Passport Particular Page (Principal/Dependent)
*If you are abroad, no need Physical Passport.
3. Copy of MM2H Visa Page
4. Original and Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
*Due to Covid-19 pandemic, no need Original copy.
5. Copy of Fixed Deposit Certificate
6. Copies of Flight Ticket or Booking Confirmation
*Not applicable if you are abroad.

STEP.1

Inquiry

Please fill in the online inquiry form and submit.

STEP.2

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer or paypal.

STEP.3

Documents Preparation

Email to us the required documents.

STEP.4

Submission

We will submit your application to the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC). MOTAC will process the application in 5 working days from the submission date. MOTAC will issue Termination Letter and Authorization Letter to withdraw Fixed Deposit.

STEP.5

Request Cancellation of MM2H Pass at the Malaysian Mission Abroad

MM2H Participant MUST be present at the Malaysia Embassy and submit the required documents for the MM2H Pass revoke.

STEP.6

Termination

We will submit STEP.4 documents to the Immigration Unit for MM2H cancellation. Processing period is 1 working day.

STEP.7

Fixed Deposit & Saving Deposit Withdrawal

Submit the Authorization Letter to bank to withdraw your money from the Fixed Deposit account and transfer to a bank account out of Malaysia.
