[Job Opening] Marketing & Client Support Executive (Multilingual / Kuala Lumpur)

IKI LINKS Group is a consulting firm dedicated to supporting Japanese individuals and families relocating to Malaysia. Our services include international education consulting, business setup advisory, visa application support, and real estate assistance. As our operations in Kuala Lumpur expand, we are looking for a new team member to join us.

We are hiring a Marketing & Client Support Executive who is proficient in English and Mandarin, and who can also assist with Japanese client support. This role requires someone with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working independently while also collaborating closely with our internal team. We welcome individuals who are self-driven, solution-oriented, and proactive.

英語・中国語を活かしてマーケティング活動を行いながら、日本人顧客の対応も担っていただく「マーケティング＆顧客サポート担当」を募集します。1人でも責任を持って行動できる自立心のある方を歓迎します。チームと連携しつつ、自主的に課題解決や提案ができる方を求めています。

• - Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives in English and Mandarin
• - Assist in writing and translating blog articles, newsletters, and social media posts
• - Provide customer support to Japanese clients (via email / phone / in person)
• - Coordinate with both Japanese and Malaysian colleagues
• - Support with seminars, international school visits, and property tours

• ・英語・中国語でのデジタルマーケティングの企画・実行
• ・ブログ、SNS、ニュースレターなどの翻訳・ライティング支援
• ・日本人顧客への対応（メール・電話・対面）
• ・社内の日本人・マレーシア人スタッフとの連携
• ・セミナー運営、インターナショナルスクール訪問、物件案内などのサポート

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
May require occasional work on weekends or outside regular hours for client events (compensatory leave will be granted).

月曜～金曜：9:00～18:00
顧客対応により、土日・時間外対応が発生する場合あり（代休制度あり）

• - Fluent in English and Mandarin (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
• - Bachelor’s degree or higher
• - Minimum 5 years of working experience (any industry)
• - Proficient in IT tools such as email, Excel, and Word
• - Able to drive a large vehicle (used for school visits and client transport)
• - Self-driven and responsible
• - Malaysian citizen or Malaysia-based candidate
• - Interest in international education, relocation, or Japanese culture is a plus
• - Experience in marketing, client service, or education-related fields is preferred

• ・大学卒業以上
• ・業務経験5年以上（業界不問）
• ・パソコン操作ができる方（メール、Excel、Wordなど）
• ・大型車の運転が可能な方（社用車でのご案内業務あり）
• ・自立心があり、責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方
• ・マレーシア在住者またはマレーシア国籍の方
• ・国際教育、移住、日本文化に興味がある方歓迎
• ・マーケティング、顧客対応、教育関連の経験がある方は優遇

RM5,000 - RM8,000
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and past achievements.
Driving allowance and performance-based bonuses may also be provided.

給与は、これまでの経験・スキル・実績を考慮のうえ最終決定します。
別途、運転手当・業績連動ボーナス支給の可能性あり。
